Fixed Overhead definition

Fixed Overhead means those items of Manufacturing Overhead that are identified as "fixed" in the attached Exhibit F.
Fixed Overhead means operating expenses associated with Manufacturing operations not directly related to inputs to production and that do not increase or decrease with production, including property tax, insurance, depreciation and similar costs. For purposes of Appendix B, Fixed Overhead is allocated to COGs using total machine hours required relative to the maximum production capacity (in machine hours), with the exception of Facility costs (e.g., utilities, insurance, property tax, labor, purchased services related to the maintenance of the Facility), which will be allocated on the basis of square footage.

  • No refunds will apply to the Capital Fund and Fixed Overhead charges applied to the meal plan.

  • Such budget shall include the Standard Cost of Sales, Standard Labor Rates, Variable Overhead, Fixed Overhead, Excess Investment in Equipment Amortization and Excess Infrastructure Enhancement Costs Amortization, and other items of projected revenue and expense that are expected to comprise Distributable Cash for the fiscal period covered by the budget.

  • It is agreed by the Parties that, once determined, Fixed Overhead shall remain constant for the entire Fiscal Year.

  • In addition, annual adjustments for certain elements of the Allocated Variable Overhead, Direct Labor Costs, the Allocated G&A and tax and license fee components of the Allocated Fixed Overhead shall be posted to the cost components of the Bill of Materials costing system for the next succeeding contract ye▇▇.

Related to Fixed Overhead

  • Overhead means those amounts which are intended to recover a proportion of the Supplier’s or the Key Sub-Contractor’s (as the context requires) indirect corporate costs (including financing, marketing, advertising, research and development and insurance costs and any fines or penalties) but excluding allowable indirect costs apportioned to facilities and administration in the provision of Supplier Personnel and accordingly included within limb (a) of the definition of “Costs”;

  • Overhead line means any electric supply-line, which is placed above ground and in the open air but excluding live rails of traction system;

  • Operating Profits means, as applied to any Person for any period, the operating income of such Person for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Allocable Overhead means costs incurred by a Party or for its account that are attributable to a Party's facilities and occupancy costs, corporate bonus (to the extent not charged directly to a department), and its supervisory, payroll, information systems, human relations and purchasing functions and that are allocated to company departments based on space occupied or headcount or other activity-based method. Allocable Overhead shall not include any costs attributable to general corporate activities, including, by way of example, executive management, investor relations, business development, legal affairs and finance.

  • Operating Cost means the total cost and expense incurred in operating, managing, insuring, equipping, lighting, repairing, maintaining and policing the Real Property, including the exterior of the Real Property and the common areas, and specifically including, without limitation, items of expense for or related to: insurance premiums and deductibles, management, bookkeeping.
