Fiscal year 2005 means the Company's fiscal year beginning on January 2, 2005 and ending on December 31, 2005.

Fiscal year 2005. On the Company's first regular payroll date that is on or immediately after the close of the Fiscal Year 2005 (March 31, 2005), the Company shall pay the Employee a bonus in the amount of $150,000, provided that the Employee remains in Employment until March 31, 2005.
