First Offering Date definition

First Offering Date means the commencement date of the initial public offering contemplated by the Registration Statement on Form S-1 filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
First Offering Date means April 1, 2012; provided, however, that if the offering period under the Company’s 2001 Employee Stock Purchase Plan, as amended (the “Prior Plan”) ends prior to March 31, 2012, the First Offering Date shall mean the April 1 or October 1, as applicable, immediately following the end of the offering period under the Prior Plan.
