Financial Requirement Analysis means the written analysis of the financial requirements for the construction of the Expansion Project to be prepared in a form reasonably acceptable to Agent Bank and completed by Borrower on or before the Initial Construction Disbursement Date and concurrently with each Construction Disbursement Request and with each addition of an Optional Project Component.
Financial Requirement Analysis means the written analysis of the financial requirements for the construction of each of the Construction Projects to be prepared by Agent Bank on or before the Closing Date in the form attached hereto as Exhibit M.
