Final Loan Schedule definition

Final Loan Schedule shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.3(a).
Final Loan Schedule means the schedule attached to each Bill of Sale (in the form provided by the Department from time to time) and completed by or caused to be completed by the Conduit Administrator that lists, by Xxxxxxxx, (i) the Loans sold to the Department pursuant to such Bill of Sale, (ii) the name of such Borrower, the loan number and the estimated Principal Balance and accrued interest of such Loans as of the related Put Date, (iii) the applicable Seller and (iv) any other information the Department may reasonably require including but not limited to certain identification numbers and dates relating to the Putable Loans.
Final Loan Schedule means the schedule attached to each Xxxx of Sale (in the form provided by the Department from time to time) and completed by or caused to be completed by the Conduit Administrator that lists, by Borrower, (i) the Loans sold to the Department pursuant to such Xxxx of Sale, (ii) the name and address of such Borrower, the loan number, the qualifying institution attended by the Borrower, and the estimated Principal Balance and accrued interest of such Loans as of the related Put Date, (iii) the applicable Seller and (iv) any other information the Department may reasonably require including but not limited to certain identification numbers and dates relating to the Putable Loans.

Final Loan Schedule means a schedule as of the close of business on the Closing Date of the Loans transferred to Buyer on the Closing Date.
