Final Allocation Date definition

Final Allocation Date means the date on which each Beneficiary shall effectively acquire all or some of the Shares granted at the end of a Vesting Period.
Final Allocation Date means the last day of the calendar month first preceding the month in which the final preliminary prospectus generally distributed to prospective purchasers in connection with the IPO is dated.
Final Allocation Date in respect of the final Allocation Period shall be the Liquidation Date.
