Participant’s Vested Accounts: The balance of the Participant’s Vested Accounts as of the last Allocation Date in the calendar year immediately preceding the distribution calendar year (valuation calendar year) increased by the amount of any Vested contributions made and allocated or Vested forfeitures allocated to the Accounts as of dates in the valuation calendar year after the Allocation Date and decreased by distributions made in the valuation calendar year after the Allocation Date.
