Allocation Date definition

Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.

Allocation Date means, with respect to each month, a day, determined in the discretion of the Stock Bonus Management Committee, not later than 45 days following the end of such month.
