Filled land definition

Filled land means portions of tidal lands which have been rendered by the acts of man to be no longer subject to tidal action or beneath tidal waters.
Filled land means areas to which more than two (2) feet of soil and/or debris have been added.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the term “Finished Lot” shall not include any Land upon which the construction of a Housing Unit has commenced.
