Fidelity Fund definition

Fidelity Fund means any Registered Investment Company which is made available to plans utilizing the CORPORATEplan for Retirement Select Plan.
Fidelity Fund means the Property Practitioners Fidelity Fund contemplated in section 34 of the Act;
Fidelity Fund or "fund" means a fidelity fund established under section 57;
