Fees Nonrefundable. All fees payable under this Section 2.9 shall be fully earned on the date paid and nonrefundable.

Fees Nonrefundable. All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (except for the fronting fee, which shall be paid directly to the Issuing Lender) for distribution to the Lenders entitled thereto.
