Fees Nonrefundable. All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (except for the fronting fee, which shall be paid directly to the Issuing Lender) for distribution to the Lenders entitled thereto. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances, absent manifest error in the determination thereof.
