Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;
2001 CSO Mortality Table means that mortality table, consisting of separate rates of mortality for male and female lives, developed by the American Academy of Actuaries CSO Task Force from the Valuation Basic Mortality Table developed by the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Insurance Valuation Mortality Task Force, and adopted by the NAIC in December 2002. The 2001 CSO Mortality Table is included in the Proceedings of the NAIC (2nd Quarter 2002). Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “2001 CSO Mortality Table” includes both the ultimate form of that table and the select and ultimate form of that table and includes both the smoker and nonsmoker mortality tables and the composite mortality tables. It also includes both the age-nearest-birthday and age-last-birthday bases of the mortality tables.
Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.
100-year floodplain means any area of land that:
Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.
Table means the table at the end of this §4a.
emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].
Impact surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to damage by repeated sudden force such as certain parts of door frames.
PM10 emissions means PM10 emitted to the ambient air as measured by an applicable reference method, or an equivalent or alternate method, specified in 40 CFR Part 51, Appendix M as of December 8, 1984, or by a test method specified in these regulations or any supplement thereto.
emission factor means the average emission rate of a greenhouse gas relative to the activity data of a source stream assuming complete oxidation for combustion and complete conversion for all other chemical reactions;
General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Particulate matter emissions (PM) means the mass of any particulate material from the vehicle exhaust quantified according to the dilution, sampling and measurement methods as specified in this UN GTR.
Policy Matrix means the policy matrix attached to the Policy Letter, as agreed between the Borrower and ADB which sets forth actions accomplished or to be accomplished by the Borrower under the Program Cluster;
