Federal Government Customer definition

Federal Government Customer means (i) any United States federal Governmental Entity or any branch or location thereof located outside of the Territory and (ii) any Governmental Entity outside the United States if and to the extent that Ultra provides Services to such Governmental Entity located outside the United States that are sponsored or financed by a United States federal Governmental Entity.

Federal Government Customer means any governmental or regulatory authority, agency, commission, body, court or other legislative, executive or judicial Governmental Entity, in each case, that constitutes a part of the federal government of the United States.

  • Neither Buyer, nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of Buyer’s or its Affiliates’ Principals (as defined in FAR 52.209-5) is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, subject to a show cause notice from an agency suspension and debarment official or declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal Government Customer.

  • Subject to compliance with applicable Law, Seller shall take all reasonable actions and make all communications with any Federal Government Customer that are mutually agreed by the Parties to be reasonably required to maintain the viability of such Government Bids.

  • Certified local government means a historic preservation program established by county or municipal ordinance that is certified by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to 36 CFR Part 61, the implementing regulations for the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.

  • Host Government means a Government with which UNICEF has a programme of development cooperation, and includes a Government of a country in which UNICEF provides humanitarian assistance.

  • Municipal Government Act means the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26;

  • Host Customer means a customer under a Solar Service Agreement.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
