Feasibility Study Phase definition

Feasibility Study Phase means that phase of the Research Program set forth in the Project Plan comprising all studies conducted by Microgenics to establish the feasibility for developing the Assay by demonstrating (a) [***], (b) [***], (c) [***], (d) [***], (e) [***], and (f) [***].
Feasibility Study Phase in respect of any Project, means the phase during which the Feasibility Study is conducted.
