Family Treatment definition

Family Treatment means behavioral health counseling provided by or under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional for the direct benefit of an Individual. Service is provided with family members and/or other relevant persons in attendance as active participants.

  • The purpose of this Subaward Contract is to ensure that Subrecipient continues operating the Family Treatment Drug Court Program (“the Project”), as described in Attachment “A”, attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference, as a service to the community.

  • OPD treatment means the one in which the Insured visits a clinic / hospital or associated facility like a consultation room for diagnosis and treatment based on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. The Insured is not admitted as a day care or in-patient.

  • Day treatment means specialized treatment that is provided to:

  • Medical Treatment means examination and treatment by a Legally Qualified Physician for a condition which first manifested itself, worsened or became acute or had symptoms which would have prompted a reasonable person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment.

  • Continuing treatment means ongoing medical treatment or supervision by a health care provider.
