Facility Validation definition

Facility Validation shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Tech Transfer Agreement.
Facility Validation means validation of the Facility, including manufacturing equipment and systems, computer systems, testing equipment and including non-Product specific processes such as sterilization, all as required by and in accordance with the Quality Agreement.
