Facilities Operator definition

Facilities Operator means the person or entity responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, replacement, and modification of Facilities. Facilities Operator includes:

Section 4939.031(E) and who have obtained a Small Cell Use Permit; and (iii) Applicants who applied for consent to Collocate a Small Cell Facility or to construct, maintain, modify, operate, or replace a new Wireless Support Structure pursuant to O.R.C. Section 4939.033 and who have obtained a Small Cell Use Permit.

  • To further protect ECS and the Compressor Motor Facilities, Operator shall require all contractors and subcontractors providing services in regard to the Compressor Motor Facilities to obtain appropriate insurance coverage with proper endorsements for the work or service being performed.

  • If Operator meets all the conditions, criteria and qualifications, Licensor shall offer to Operator the right to offer for sale and sell such products and services on such terms and conditions as such arrangements may be offered to third parties as determined by Licensor or such Facilities Operator, as applicable.

  • The Operating Company acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Shared Facilities Agreement, is familiar with its contents, and has been designated (and accepts the designation as) the “Shared Facilities Operator” thereunder and will fulfill the obligations of the Shared Facilities Operator as part of the Services.

Related to Facilities Operator

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207.
