Expired status definition

Expired status means a license that has not been reactivated from inactive status and can no longer be reactivated.
Expired status means the license has not been renewed by the license expiration date in accordance with 16.16.11.8 NMAC, but is still under the statutory authority of the board for the period specified in 16.16.11.16 NMAC.
Expired status means the licensee has failed to meet the requirement for renewal while in delinquent status and must reapply for a new license and meet all of the current experience, education, and examination requirements.
