Existing Subordinated Debt Documents definition

Existing Subordinated Debt Documents means the indenture under which the Existing Subordinated Debt is outstanding and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Existing Subordinated Debt or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
Existing Subordinated Debt Documents means the Existing Indenture, together with such other documents and instruments executed in connection therewith.
Existing Subordinated Debt Documents means, collectively, the Existing Archos Subordinated Debt Documents, Existing Harvest Subordinated Debt Documents and Existing Rockview Subordinated Debt Documents.
