Existing Revolving Note definition

Existing Revolving Note means that certain First Amended and Restated Replacement Unsecured Revolving Promissory Note dated September 29, 2021, by and between Excelerate Energy Limited Partnership, as borrower, and Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Management Company, L.L.C., as lender, in the aggregate principal amount of Two Hundred Fifty Million and no/100 Dollars ($250,000,000.00), as amended by that certain First Amendment to First Amended and Restated Replacement Unsecured Revolving Promissory Note dated October 1, 2021.
Existing Revolving Note. As such term is defined in Recital B.

Existing Revolving Note means the “Notes” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.
