Exhibition Authority definition

Exhibition Authority means the organizer of the exhibition participated by HKJMA, which as promoter and organizer, is responsible for the regulation and control of all aspects of the Exhibition.

  • Clause 3: Termination of contractIn case the contractor fails to complete the work according to the specification and/or fails to maintain civil, Electrical and construction work to the satisfaction of the committee nominated by the Exhibition Authority, the Exhibition Authority shall be entitled to recover 10% of the contractual value of the work per day subject to a maximum of 3 days.

  • Taxation Authority means any domestic or foreign government, agency or authority that is entitled to impose Taxes or to administer any applicable Tax legislation.

  • Registration Authority or "RA" means an entity approved by a CA to assist Certificate Applicants in applying for, approving, rejecting, or revoking Certificates.

  • Data Protection Authority means an independent public authority that is legally tasked with overseeing compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Authority System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.

  • Authority Data means a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are:

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor thereto.

  • EEA State means a State which is a Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement;

  • Contracting Authority means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.
