Exempt Loan Suspense Account definition

Exempt Loan Suspense Account means the account to which Financed Shares are initially credited until they are released in accordance with Section 8.5.

  • Suspense Account means the account established by the Trustee for maintaining contributions and forfeitures which have not yet been allocated to Participants.

  • Exempt Loan means an indebtedness arising from any extension of credit to the Plan or the Trust which satisfies the requirements set forth in Section 6.3 and which was obtained for any or all of the following purposes:

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Excess Reserve Fund Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Sections 3.07(b) and 3.07(c) in the name of the Securities Administrator for the benefit of the Regular Certificateholders and designated "Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in trust for registered Holders xx Xxrgan Stanley Capital I Inc.   • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.

  • Excess Liquidation Proceeds Account The segregated account (or the sub-account of the Distribution Account) created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator on behalf of the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04(d) for the benefit of the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association [or the name of any successor Certificate Administrator], as Certificate Administrator on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association [or name of any successor Trustee], as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered holders of WFRBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2014-C22, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2014-C22, Excess Liquidation Proceeds Account”.

  • Separate Account shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3 of ERISA.
