Exempt Disbursement definition

Exempt Disbursement means any disbursement of Bond proceeds from the Project Fund for immediate transfer by the Trustee for deposit to the Collateral Fund.
Exempt Disbursement means any disbursement of Bond proceeds from the Bond Proceeds Fund for immediate transfer by the Trustee for deposit into the Collateral Fund following receipt by the Trustee of written direction of an Authorized Borrower Representative in the form attached as an exhibit to the Indenture and approved by the Construction Lender. It is intended that Exempt Disbursements will occur only in the event of an inadvertent payment by the Construction Lender to the Borrower or to the order of the Borrower for Project Costs that were to have been paid with proceeds of the Bonds.
