Agent Advances definition
Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).

Examples of Agent Advances in a sentence
The outstanding unpaid principal amount of the Term Loan and all Agent Advances, and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, shall be due and payable on the Term Loan Maturity Date.
Each prepayment pursuant to subsections (c)(i), (c)(ii), (c)(iii), (c)(iv), (c)(v), (c)(vi) and (c)(vii) above shall be applied first, ratably, to any outstanding Agent Advances until paid in full; and second, ratably, to the Term Loan, until paid in full.
