Excluded Period definition

Excluded Period means, with respect to any additional amount payable under Section 2.11, the period ending 120 days prior to the applicable Lender’s delivery of a certificate referenced in Section 2.11(a) or 2.11(b), as applicable, with respect to such additional amount.

Examples of Excluded Period in a sentence

  • If Owner’s actual loading rate is less than such applicable minimum rate during any Excluded Period or as a result of Vessel limitations, then, in such event, Owner will have no liability for demurrage.

Excluded Period means any of the following periods, subject to sentence 2 below:
