Tangible Personal Property means, in respect of any Person, all machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, office equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items of tangible personal or movable property (other than Inventories and IT Assets) of every kind and wherever located that are owned or leased by the Person, together with any express or implied warranty by the manufacturers, sellers or lessors of any item or component part thereof and all maintenance Records and other documents relating thereto.
Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
Excluded Personal Property means the following:
Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.
Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.
Intangible Personal Property has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(vii).
Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
Excluded Equipment means, at any date, any equipment or other assets of the Borrower or any Guarantor which is subject to, or secured by, a Capitalized Lease Obligation or a purchase money obligation if and to the extent that (i) a restriction in favor of a Person who is not Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary of Holdings contained in the agreements or documents granting or governing such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation prohibits, or requires any consent or establishes any other conditions for or would result in the termination of such agreement or document because of an assignment thereof, or a grant of a security interest therein, by the Borrower or any Guarantor and (ii) such restriction relates only to the asset or assets acquired by the Borrower or any Guarantor with the proceeds of such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation and attachments thereto, improvements thereof or substitutions therefor; provided that all proceeds paid or payable to any of the Borrower or any Guarantor from any sale, transfer or assignment or other voluntary or involuntary disposition of such assets and all rights to receive such proceeds shall be included in the Collateral to the extent not otherwise required to be paid to the holder of any Capitalized Lease Obligations or purchase money obligations secured by such assets.
Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:
Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.
Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.
Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit S, with such amendments, modifications or supplements as may be approved by Collateral Agent.
Existing Equipment means a cigarette tax stamping machine that meets all of the following conditions:

Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.
Personal Property Collateral means all property included in the Collateral except Real Property Collateral.
Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.
Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.
Excluded Real Property means (a) any fee-owned real property with a purchase price (in the case of real property acquired after the Effective Date) or Fair Market Value (in the case of real property owned as of the Effective Date, with Fair Market Value determined as of the Effective Date) of less than $3,500,000 individually, (b) any real property that is subject to a Lien permitted by Sections 6.02(iv), (xix), (xxii), (xxiii), (xxviii) or (xxxi), (c) any real property with respect to which, in the reasonable judgment of the Term Administrative Agent (confirmed by notice to the Borrower) the cost (including as a result of adverse tax consequences) of providing a Mortgage shall be excessive in view of the benefits to be obtained by the Lenders, (d) any real property to the extent providing a mortgage on such real property would (i) be prohibited or limited by any applicable law, rule or regulation (but only so long as such prohibition or limitation is in effect), (ii) violate a contractual obligation to the owners of such real property (other than any such owners that are the Borrower or Affiliates of the Borrower) that is binding on or relating to such real property (other than customary non-assignment provisions which are ineffective under the Uniform Commercial Code) but only to the extent such contractual obligation was not incurred in anticipation of this provision or (iii) give any other party (other than the Borrower or a wholly-owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower) to any contract, agreement, instrument or indenture governing such real property the right to terminate its obligations thereunder (other than customary non-assignment provisions which are ineffective under the Uniform Commercial Code or other applicable law) and (e) any Leasehold.
Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.
Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.
Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.
Tangible Property means any furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, vehicles, office equipment, computer equipment, other equipment, machinery, tools, forms, supplies or other tangible personal property of any nature.
Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
