Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Company’s shares of Common Stock, including the Firm Shares, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance. On the first Option Closing Date (if any), the Company’s shares of Common Stock, including the Option Shares, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Firm Shares shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Firm Units shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance. On each Option Closing Date (if any), the Option Securities shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance, if needed.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Common Stock, including the Firm Shares, shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On or before the Closing Date, the Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form shall have been submitted to the Exchange with respect to the Public Securities (including the Warrant Shares and the Registered Warrant Shares).
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, (i) the Company’s Common Stock, including the Firm Shares and the Underwriter Warrant Shares, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, (ii) the Common Stock shall have been continuously trading on the Exchange following the date of this Agreement to the Closing Date, and (iii) the Exchange shall have raised no objection to the transactions contemplated hereby. On the first Option Closing Date (if any), the Company’s Common Stock, including the Option Shares and Underwriter Warrant Shares, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Company’s ordinary shares, including the Placement Shares and the ordinary shares issuable under the Over-Subscription Allowance, shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance. The Company shall have taken no action designed to terminate, or likely to have the effect of terminating, the registration of the ordinary shares under the Exchange Act or delisting or suspending the ordinary shares from trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market, nor will the Company have received any information suggesting that the Commission or the NASDAQ Capital Market is contemplating terminating such registration or listing. The securities shall be DTC eligible.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On or before the Closing Date, the shares of Common Stock included in the Public Securities, the Preferred Conversion Shares and the Warrant Shares shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. On the Closing Date, the Closing Shares and the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Pre-Funded Warrants, the Traditional Warrants and the Representatives’ Warrant shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance. On each Option Closing Date (if any), the Option Shares and the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Option Warrants (if any) and shall have been approved for listing on the Exchange, subject only to official notice of issuance.
Exchange Stock Market Clearance. The Company shall have submitted the Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form to the Nasdaq with respect to the Offering of the Public Securities, the Representative’s Warrants and the Underlying Shares and the Exchange shall not have raised any objection to the submission prior the Closing Date or each Option Closing Date, as applicable.
