DTC Eligible. The Common Stock is DTC eligible and DTC has not placed a “freeze” or a “chill” on the Common Stock and the Company has no reason to believe that DTC has any intention to make the Common Stock not DTC eligible, or place a “freeze” or “chill” on the Common Stock.

DTC Eligible. The Company through its transfer agent currently participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer Program (“DTC FAST System”) and the Company’s Common Stock can be transferred electronically to third parties via the DTC FAST System.
DTC Eligible. The Common Stock is DTC eligible and DTC has not placed a “freeze” or a “chill” on the Common Stock and the Company has no reason to believe that DTC has any intention to make the Common Stock not DTC eligible, or place a “freeze” or “chill” on the Common Stock.
