Exchange Securities Indenture definition

Exchange Securities Indenture means an indenture among the Issuers and the Exchange Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that Additional Interest provisions will be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).
Exchange Securities Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the Exchange Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects with the Indenture (except that the cash interest and interest rate step-up provisions will be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).
Exchange Securities Indenture means the Indenture or an indenture among the Issuer, the Guarantors and the Exchange Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the transfer restrictions and liquidated damages provisions will be eliminated, as appropriate), which may be the Indenture if in the terms thereof appropriate provision is made for the Exchange Securities.

Related to Exchange Securities Indenture

  • New Securities Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate), which may be the Indenture if in the terms thereof appropriate provision is made for the New Securities.

  • Exchange Securities means senior notes issued by the Company and guaranteed by the Guarantors under the Indenture containing terms identical to the Securities (except that the Exchange Securities will not be subject to restrictions on transfer or to any increase in annual interest rate for failure to comply with this Agreement) and to be offered to Holders of Securities in exchange for Securities pursuant to the Exchange Offer.
