Excess Yield Maintenance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of the amounts received under the Yield Maintenance Agreements for such Distribution Date, over (b) the amount required to pay Current Interest on such Distribution Date on the Class A, Class M-1 and Class M-2 Certificates at the applicable Pass-Through Rate, calculated at the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Applicable Margin for the related Interest Accrual Period or (2) 11.500% per annum, to the extent not otherwise paid from Interest Funds.

Related to Excess Yield Maintenance Amount

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.
