Certificate Margin. With respect to the Class I-A Certificates on each Distribution Date (A) on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.20% per annum and (B) after the Optional Termination Date, 0.40% per annum. With respect to the Class II-A1 Certificates on each Distribution Date (A) on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.08% per annum and (B) after the Optional Termination Date, 0.16% per annum. Examples of Certificate Margin in a sentence

  • For any Distribution Date and this Certificate, the Formula Rate is the lesser of (a) One-Month LIBOR plus the Certificate Margin and (b) the Maximum Cap Rate.

  • For any Distribution Date and this Certificate, the Formula Rate is One-Month LIBOR plus the Certificate Margin.

  • The Certificate Margin with respect to this Certificate shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

  • For any Distribution Date and this Certificate, the Formula Rate is the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the Certificate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Cap Rate.
