Excess Advances definition

Excess Advances shall have the meaning given in Section 5.2.

  • Any such Excess Advances shall be payable immediately upon demand therefor, unless otherwise specifically agreed to by DFS, and shall bear interest at the Default Interest Rate.

More Definitions of Excess Advances

Excess Advances for a particular Computation Period means the amount --------------- equal to the Average Advances for such Computation Period minus the MBS Advances for such Computation Period.
