Examples of Outstanding Advances in a sentence
Upon such deposit of the Administrative Purchase Payment, the Servicer shall for all purposes of this Agreement be deemed to have released all claims for reimbursement of Outstanding Advances made in respect of such Receivable.
In addition, in the event that a Receivable becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the amount of accrued and unpaid interest thereon (but not including interest for the current Collection Period) shall, up to the amount of Outstanding Advances in respect of such Receivables in respect thereof, be withdrawn from the Collection Account and paid to the Servicer in reimbursement of such Outstanding Advances.
If the calculation above results in a negative number, an amount equal to such negative amount shall be paid to the Servicer in reimbursement of any Outstanding Advances in respect of such Receivables.
With respect to each Receivable, the Advance shall increase the Outstanding Advances.
If the Servicer shall resign or be terminated, the Servicer shall continue to be entitled to receive, to the extent of available funds, reimbursement for Outstanding Advances pursuant to Sections 5.03 and 5.04 with respect to all Advances previously made thereby.
