Event Ruling definition

Event Ruling. If Exhibitor fails to utilize the Exhibit Space and/or the Exhibit Space is vacant at the time of the published deadline for completion of installation, OTC reserves the right to consider the Exhibit Space to be cancelled and vacated. All requests for installations beyond the published installation completion deadline must be submitted to and acknowledged by OTC in writing. Approval of late installation requests are at the sole discretion of OTC. Should OTC not be notified in writing, OTC reserves the right to resell the cancelled Exhibit Space and the Agreement will be cancelled with all outstanding balances still due and owed to OTC and the Exhibitor will not be permitted to participate in future OTC events.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • CFIUS means the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States.

  • Final Determination means the final resolution of liability for any Tax for any taxable period, by or as a result of (i) a final and unappealable decision, judgment, decree or other order by any court of competent jurisdiction; (ii) a final settlement with the IRS, a closing agreement or accepted offer in compromise under section 7121 or section 7122 of the Code, or a comparable agreement under the laws of other jurisdictions, which resolves the entire Tax liability for any taxable period; (iii) any allowance of a refund or credit in respect of an overpayment of Tax, but only after the expiration of all periods during which such refund may be recovered by the jurisdiction imposing the Tax; or (iv) any other final disposition, including by reason of the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • Flood Elevation Determination means a determination by the Administrator of the water surface elevations of the base flood, that is, the flood level that has a one percent or greater chance of occurrence in any given year.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Decision Period means the period of time established by the Act within which the Board is required to make a Board decision in certain adjudicatory proceedings. (See Subpart C of this Part.)   • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
