Eurocurrency Payment Office definition

Eurocurrency Payment Office of the Administrative Agent shall mean, for each Foreign Currency, the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent for such currency as specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Company and each Lender.

Eurocurrency Payment Office means (i) with respect to the Administrative Agent for each of the Agreed Currencies (a) the office, branch or affiliate of the Administrative Agent specified as its “Eurocurrency Payment Office” for such currency in Schedule II hereto or (b) such other office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent as it may from time to time specify to each Borrower and each Lender as its Eurocurrency Payment Office for such currency and (ii) with respect to the Fronting Agent for each of the Agreed Currencies (a) the office, branch or affiliate of the Fronting Agent specified as its “Eurocurrency Payment Office” for such currency in Schedule II hereto or (b) such other office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Fronting Agent as it may from time to time specify to each Borrower and each Lender as its Eurocurrency Payment Office for such currency.

Eurocurrency Payment Office for each Eurocurrency Borrowing or Letter of Credit denominated in a Foreign Currency, the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent for funding and/or payment of such Eurocurrency Borrowing or Letter of Credit as specified in writing by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and each Lender from time to time in writing by the Administrative Agent to such Persons.

Eurocurrency Payment Office of the Administrative Agent shall mean, for each of the Agreed Currencies, the office, branch, affiliate or correspondent bank of the Administrative Agent for such currency as specified from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and each Lender.
