Payment Office definition
Payment Office means the office of the Administrative Agent located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or such other location as to which the Administrative Agent shall have given written notice to the Borrower and the other Lenders.
Payment Office means the office of the Administrative Agent located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, or such other office as the Administrative Agent may hereafter designate in writing as such to the other parties hereto.
