Eurobank e-Banking Service definition

Eurobank e-Banking Service means the services provided, from time to time, by the Bank to an account holder for the carrying out of financial and/or banking and other transactions and/or Instructions through the computer and/or by any other equipment required through the Internet and/or other equipment through which access is given to services as they shall be specified by the Bank from time to time. These services may include, inter-alia and without prejudice to the generality of this paragraph, the transfer of money to and from an account, the payment of bills, instructions for the issuance of a chequebook, instructions for standing orders or for the issuance of account statements, the filing of banking orders, inquiries regarding cards, instructions to stop the payment of cheques, inquiries regarding hire-purchase contracts, information regarding services and/or facilities provided by the Bank.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Telephone Banking Service or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by the Bank, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and

  • International banking institution means an international financial institution of which the United States is a member and whose securities are exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933.

  • New York Banking Day means any day except a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in The City of New York or a day on which banking institutions in The City of New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed.

  • Local Banking Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place of presentation of the relevant Covered Bond or, as the case may be, Coupon; and

  • Relevant Banking Day means a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the place where the specified office of the Registrar is located and, in the case only of an exchange of a Bearer Note for a Registered Note where such request for exchange is made to the Principal Paying Agent, in the place where the specified office of the Principal Paying Agent is located;

  • ABN AMRO means ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

  • RFR Banking Day means any day specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • London Banking Day means any day on which dealings in Dollar deposits are conducted by and between banks in the London interbank eurodollar market.

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • LIBOR Banking Day has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b)(1).

  • Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;

  • Banking Services means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), (b) stored value cards and (c) treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • Fortis means Fortis Inc.;

  • Telephone Banking means banking services available from time to time by telephone;

  • International Financial Institution means any bank in the top 1,000 (together with their affiliated companies) as measured by "Tier 1" capital or any broker/dealer in the top 100 as measured by capital.

  • Mobile Banking means the banking services accessible from the Device you have registered with us for Mobile Banking.

  • L/C Bank means the Acceptable Bank providing a letter of credit pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Facility Lease.

  • Treasury Management Bank means (a) any Person that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time that it becomes a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party and (b) any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that is a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party in existence on the Closing Date.

  • CIBC means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

  • London Inter-Bank Offered Rate means, for any applicable interest period, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as selected by the Bank from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of the interest period, for U.S. Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such interest period) with a term equivalent to such interest period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for that interest period will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Bank. A “London Banking Day” is a day on which banks in London are open for business and dealing in offshore dollars.

  • Financial Services means any service of a financial nature, including (but not limited to) —

  • UK Non-Bank Lender means where a Lender becomes a Party after the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender which gives a Tax Confirmation in the assignment agreement or Transfer Certificate which it executes on becoming a Party.
