Equities and Margins definition

Equities and Margins. Determined in accordance with Accounting Requirements.
Equities and Margins means Borrower's equities and margins as computed pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles.
Equities and Margins means Mortgagor’s equities and margins computed pursuant to the Accounting Requirements. Equity shall mean the aggregate of Mortgagor’s Equities and Margins as computed pursuant to the Accounting Requirements. Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.01 hereof. Excepted Property shall mean the property, if any, identified on Appendix C hereto. Fiscal Year shall mean the fiscal year of the Mortgagor.

Equities and Margins means Equities and Margins as such terms are defined in the Uniform System of Accounts. EQUITY shall mean the aggregate of Equities and Margins.

Related to Equities and Margins

  • Hedged Margin for CFD trading shall mean the necessary margin required by the Company so as to open and maintain Matched Positions.

  • Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
