EPDM Class definition

EPDM Class means all individuals or entities (excluding governmental entities, defendants named in the EPDM Action and their parents, predecessors, subsidiaries, affiliates and co-conspirators) who purchased ethylene propylene diene monomer ("EPDM") in the United States directly from one or more of the defendants named in the EPDM Action or any predecessor, subsidiary or affiliate of any defendant named in the EPDM Action, at any time during the period from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2001.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c).   • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Original Class B-4 Principal Balance The Class B-4 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Class Certificate Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.

  • Original Class B-1 Principal Balance The Class B-1 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B-6 Principal Balance The Class B-6 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
