Environmental Compliance Fund definition

Environmental Compliance Fund means the account established under Section 2.14 of Exhibit B.

Environmental Compliance Fund means the account to fund estimated environmental remediation, reclamation and other costs for Environmental Compliance established pursuant to applicable Budgets.

Environmental Compliance Fund means the fund maintained by the Manager pursuant to Section 8.2(p) and Section 2.14 of Exhibit B, in which funds may be deposited to pay for anticipated costs of future Environmental Compliance and Continuing Obligations.

• Funds deposited into the Environmental Compliance Fund will be maintained by the Manager in a separate, interest bearing cash management account, which may include money market investments and money market funds, or longer-term investments approved by the Management Committee.
