Upon request by Licensee, Licensor will perform an Entry Level Verification (“ELV”) of source code and other material that Licensor has submitted as Deposit Material.
Busy Line Verification (BLV means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM This “Status Verification System” requirement, also referred to as “E-Verify”, only applies to contracts issued through a Request for Proposal process and to sole sources that are included within a Request for Proposal.

Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and
Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.
authorized control level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;
Independent Verification means that an evaluation is undertaken and reported by an individual or body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO Guide 65:1996 (EN 45011:1998) General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems (as amended form time to time) or equivalent, and who is accredited to audit against forest management standards by a body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO 17011: 2004 General Requirements for Providing Assessment and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies (as amended from time to time) or equivalent.
Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, as set forth in Section 3.08(b) and will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility Electric Service Requirements.
Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.
Test means such test as is prescribed by the particulars or considered necessary by the Inspecting Officer whether performed or made by the Inspecting Officer or any agency acting under the direction of the Inspecting Officer;
Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.
Start-Up Testing means the completion of applicable required factory and start-up tests as set forth in Exhibit C.
Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Federal poverty level means the poverty level as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.
Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.
Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).
Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.
Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.
