Verification Service means athe process for the reconciliation of Bills contained in Annex B – Billing and Payments;

Verification Service includes all activities required for verifications, including but not limited to Residence verification. Business verification, Residence Phone verification, Business Phone verification of the proposed borrower for the purpose of verifying the details furnished by the proposed borrower in his application for sanction of loan, provide assistance in taking decision with regard to sanction of loan on the basis of report submitted by the service provider and such other/ further consequential activities to give full effect and meaning to the ambit of the services to be provided which, inter alia, shall also include such direction(s) which SBI may give from time to time over and above the scope of work defined in this Agreement.

• Company and Yodlee may use, modify, display, distribute and create new material using such Content to provide the Account Verification Service to you.

More Definitions of Verification Service

Verification Service has the meaning given in clause 11(a).

Verification Service means Yodlee, Sophtron, Akoya, Flinks, or any other vendor that provides us consumer-authorized financial data.
