Encounter Reporting definition

Encounter Reporting means the transmission of Encounter Records to the Medical Services Plan (MSP)/Health Insurance BC.
Encounter Reporting means the Care Team Members enter codes for each encounter with a patient to the Medical Services Plan Program (MSP) through the Primary Care Practice’s Teleplan system.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Reporting means submission of claims data and data fields of information of a report.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.
