  • The assets owned or leased by the Company and Connextions HCI as of the Effective Time, together with those assets and services being provided under the Transition Services Agreement or Employment Leasing and Transition Agreement, are adequate to execute the daily operations of the Business as conducted on the date of this Agreement.
