EMI Agreement definition

EMI Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of EMI, dated as of the date hereof, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
EMI Agreement means the Restated Combination Agreement dated as of January 23, 2000 between TWI and EMI Group plc, as such agreement is in effect on the date of Amendment No. 1 or thereafter amended in accordance with Section 6.10.
