Elitch Gardens Land definition

Elitch Gardens Land means that certain real property located in the City of Denver, County of Denver, Colorado and more particularly described on Exhibit “A-2” attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;

  • plantation means any land used for the growing and harvesting of crops;

  • Terrace means a relatively level step constructed in the face of a graded slope surface for drainage and maintenance purposes.

  • Cemetery means 1 or a combination of more than 1 of the following:

  • Clubhouse means a community-based program that provides

  • Waste Disposal Site means a Waste Disposal Site which is not a Hauled Sewage Disposal Site, a Sewage Works or a Waste Stabilization Pond; and
