Eligible Traffic definition

Eligible Traffic hereunder shall be international traffic originating on or passing through New T&T's network using New T&T's "IDD 007" Service or its equivalent, excluding traffic to The People's Republic of China or Macau, or traffic which is terminated by:
Eligible Traffic means all Yahoo! O&O Queries other than non-monetizable Queries (e.g., traffic from robots, traffic with 3rd party restrictions, internal test traffic) and excludes traffic from vertical search properties that do not result in a Yahoo! Web Search Results Page.

Related to Eligible Traffic

  • Eligible Transactions means any retail transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services successfully charged to your Principal Credit Card and which are posted on UOB’s systems but excluding the Excluded Transactions (as defined below).   • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Restricted Client means any person, firm, corporation or other organization to whom the Participant directly or indirectly performed or assisted in performing Relevant Services, or with which the Participant otherwise had material contact, or about which the Participant learned Confidential Information or Trade Secrets, within the twenty-four months prior to the date on which the Participant’s employment with the Constituent Companies terminated.

  • Eligible Household means a household charged a UEC on their natural gas and/or electricity for the residence at which they reside as evidenced by their utility bill or UEC-participating utility vendor, has annual income at or below the current income limits of the federal poverty level, and meets other income criteria for assistance from the Nevada Fund for Energy Assistance and Conservation. Conversely, households not charged a UEC are ineligible for assistance from the fund. A household that receives benefits funded with LIHEAP grant monies may also be referred to as an eligible household in this plan. Also, refer to “UEC Eligible.”

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.
