Electric Fence definition

Electric Fence means a fence through which electricity passes.
Electric Fence means any commercially available (off-the-shelf), packaged fencing system of one (1) joule or less and six thousand (6,000) volts or less that is connected to:
Electric Fence means an electric barrier consisting of one or more bare conductors erected against the trespass of persons or animals.

More Definitions of Electric Fence

Electric Fence means an electrified barrier against the trespass of persons or animals which consists of one or more bare conductors;
Electric Fence means an electrified fence with a height not to exceed ten feet or two feet higher than the perimeter fence, whichever is higher, that is equipped with an energizer, driven by a commercial storage battery that does not exceed twelve volts DC. The electric charge produced by the fence upon contact must meet and may not exceed energizer characteristics that are tested against the International Electrotechnical Commission Standard. No electric fence shall be installed or used unless it is surrounded by a non-electrical fence or wall that is not less than five feet high. Electric fences shall be permitted on any property that is not zoned exclusively for residential use. Electric fences shall be clearly identified with warning signs that read: ‘Warning
Electric Fence means an electrified barrier erected on top of the boundary wall or attached to a boundary wall or fence. It may consist of one or more conductors erected against trespass of persons or animals.
Electric Fence means any conductive material encompassing a property or partial property and having an electrical potential to earth ground.
Electric Fence means a barrier which includes one or more electric conductors, insulated from earth to which electric pulses are applied by an Energizer;
Electric Fence means an above ground barrier that uses electric shocks to deter animals or people from crossing a boundary but excludes a buried electronic system designated to contain pets;
