Elan Consent definition

Elan Consent means the consent among Acorda, Licensee and Elan, dated on or about the Effective Date.
Elan Consent means the consent by Elan to the execution and delivery of the Related Agreements and the subsequent grant of manufacturing rights contemplated herein.
