Early Repayment Amount definition

Early Repayment Amount means an amount in U.S. dollars equal to (i) the Prepayment Amount, minus (ii) the product of (A) the Early Termination Settlement Number and (B) the Reference Price.
Early Repayment Amount means the payment of the un-offset Deposit amount plus an interest rate to be agreed to;
Early Repayment Amount means any amount invoiced by Ergon in relation to the termination of the Electricity Connection Agreement by Sunwater prior to the expiry of its term.

  • On the Early Repayment Date the Issuer will pay to each Holder of a Security the Early Repayment Amount.

Related to Early Repayment Amount

  • Repayment Amount means the amount to be paid by the Recipient to the OPWC on each payment date of each year during the Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note.

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay the Annual Special Tax obligation in full for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section G.

  • New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.

  • ECF Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(i).

  • Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Acceptable Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Repayment Price means, when used with respect to any Security to be repaid at the option of the Holder, the price at which it is to be repaid by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Amortization Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Discount Range Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).
